3天量阿奇霉素与10天量罗红霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎临床对照观察

阿奇霉素为一新的大环内酯类抗生素，为评价其治疗小儿支原体肺炎的有效性及安全性，笔者以罗红霉素为对照药，进行随机治疗小儿支原体肺炎各40例．阿奇霉素糖浆剂组40例，罗红霉素口服悬浮剂组40例．两组痊愈显效率分别为92．5％与87．5％，病原阴转率分别为92．5％及90％，不良反应发生率为2．5％与5％．上述结果经统计学处理无显著性差异．

Clinical Observation on Three-day Dosage Azithromycin Compared with Ten-day Dosage Roxithromycin in the Treatment of Mycoplasma Pneumonia

Azithromycin is a new generation of azalida antibiotic. A randomly controlled clinical experment was condcted to evaluate the efficacy and safety of azithromycin in comparision with roxithromycin in the treatment on children mycoplasma pneumonia. Each group contained 40 cases. The results showed that the overall clinical efficacy of azithromycin and roxithromycin are 92.5% and 87. 5%respectively, and the pathogn rates from positive to negative are 92.5% and 90% respectively. The incidence of adverse reaction of two groups are 2.5% and 5% respectively. There are no statistical differences in the clinical efficacy.
