| Abstract: | Based on the current situation of the management of science and technology in the counties of Shanxi Province and through a large number of empirical analyses,the paper studies the scientific and technological principles and focuses and proposes ways to promote the scientific and technological work in primary levels in Shanxi,providing theoretical support and practical guidance for the overall economic and social development of counties. |
