Report on Two Cases of Old People Suffering Acute Renal Failure after the Treatment with Gentamicin

This article reports the Clinicxal process of how even a small amount ofgentamicin could result in acute renal failure in two old peoples and expounds the toxic effect of gentamicin on the kidneys. It shows that care must be taken in treating old people with gentamicin especially those who have signs of dehydration or renal insufficiency.
