超高强度抽油杆用非调质贝氏体钢摩擦焊接头的力学性能

摘    要:以材料型超高强度抽油杆用钢 FG- 2 0为对象 ,研究了抽油杆接头力学性能与摩擦焊工艺参数之间的关系 .研究结果表明 :( 1 ) FG- 2 0钢摩擦焊焊接接头的抗拉强度稳定 ,且略高于母材 .但焊接接头的冲击韧性比母材下降 5 0 %或以上 .( 2 )通过提高顶锻压力 ,增加顶锻变形量 ,减小工进过度和轴向温度梯度 ,可明显提高 FG- 2 0钢摩擦焊焊接接头的力学性能指标及其稳定性 .( 3)在试验温度范围内 ,随回火温度的提高 ,抗拉强度下降 ;断面收缩率、延伸率和冷弯角提高 .( 4 )采用表 4中序号 9焊接工艺的接头的力学性能可满足 SY/T62 72 - 1 997标准对超高强度材料型抽油杆力学性能的要求

Abstract:FG-20 steel being taken as an example, the relationship is studied by orthogonal tests between the mechanical properties of a joint of non-quenching and tempering bainitic steel for superstrength sucker rods and the technological parameters of friction welding. It is shown that, (1) the tensile strength of FG-20 steel is a relatively stable mechanical property, the tensile strength of a friction welding joint is a little higher than that of its base material, but its impact toughness is equal to or less than 50% of its base material's; (2) the mechanical properties of FG-20 steel friction welding joint and their stability can improved by increasing upset force and forge length, and decreasing upset speed and axial temperature gradient; (3) in the experimental temperature range, with the increase of tempering temperature, the tensile strength of the joint decreases, but its percentage reduction in area, elongation percentage and cold bending angle increase; (4) according to No.9 friction welding technological parameters in table 4, the mechanical properties of friction welding joint can satisfy the requirements of SY/T 6272-1997 standard to super-strength sucker rods.
