锚固工程早强型普通硅酸盐水泥浆液的试验研究

摘    要:在分析各种外加剂作用机理的基础上,选用氯化钠、三乙醇胺、水玻璃等价格比较低廉的水泥外加剂,对锚固工程普通硅酸盐水泥浆液进行改性的研究。通过室内水泥浆液配制试验优选出水泥外加剂类型及加量比例,使普通硅酸盐水泥浆(2—3d)凝期的抗压强度得以提高,加快了锚固工程施工速度。

Abstract:Comparing all types of additives of cement,such as sodium chloride,three-ethanol amine,sodium silicate and so on,experiment and research on the modification of the common silicate cement liquid for anchor engineering have been done.Besides,mechanism of solidification about cement liquid modified was analyzed.In order to greatly enhance the primary compressive strength of cement grouting liquid used for anchor engineering,types and weights of additives of cement have been optimized through laboratory testing.On condition that the cement slurry is groutable,the compressive strength of cement grouting liquid could increase 50 to 100 percent in two or three days condensing time,which would greatly enhance the construction speed of anchor engineering.
