就业导向语境下的高校文科类专业实践教学探讨

文科类专业实践教学作为高校教育教学环节中的一个难点。源于长期以来对实践教学的不重视．和文科类专业实习的岗位目标不明确以及实习实训所要求条件、方法、手段的缺乏。在就业导向语境下．培养宽基础、强能力、高素质的复合型文科人才是时代所需。要改革实践教学体系,坚持适应性、目标性、实践性、创新性、整体优化、规范化等六项原则,制定以提高人才综合素质为目标的实训教学计划和教学大纲．强化实践教学各个环节．注重社会实践,创新实践教学机制,改进实践教学方法,强化实践教学师资队伍,优化实践教学课程教材。构建适应社会发展总目标及就业需求的高校文科实践教学体系。

A Discussion on the Practical Teaching of University Liberal Arts Under the Guidance of Employment

The practical teaching of university liberal arts is a difficult point in the teaching link of a university. For a long time, the practical teaching is not paid much attention to. The post aim of practical teaching is not definite and the required conditions and methods are short. In the employment situation, the integrated talents of liberal arts with solide foundation, strong ability and high quality are badly needed.
