刑事被害人在刑事诉讼程序中的权利保障

长期以来，司法界关注的焦点都集中在保障刑事被告人人权、维护被告人的尊严上。然而涉度被害人权利保障方面的问题或者刑事被害人的尊严问题，在整个刑事诉讼过程中却一次又一次地被忽略。在探究刑事被害人权利保障被忽视的原因的基础上，提出相应的解决措施，以引起我国司法界对刑事被害人权利保障的重视。

Guarantee of right of the victims of the criminal cases in the criminal procedure

For a long time, the focus for which the field of justice cares has been on the guarantee of the right of the criminal defendants and maintenance of their dignity. However the guarantee of right or dignity of the victims of the criminal cases in the criminal procedure has been neglected. On the basis of investigation into the causes for neglect of the guarantee of the criminal victims, this paper puts forward some measures for solution to this problem so that our field of justice will pay great attention to the guarantee of right of the victims of the criminal eases.
