| Abstract: | CTI is the acronym of "Computer Telephony Integration". It is a new technology that is related with Telecommunication and Computer perfectly. From the beginning ,with the development of these two technologies, CTI has been developed rapidly. This article makes a brief introduction to the CTI which is now a very popular technology, and list some hot points and market applications of the CTI technology. Also the future of the CTI is profiled. |
