基于变精度粗糙集的航空发动机送修等级决策

摘    要:航空发动机送修费用与送修等级紧密相关。送修等级设定过高会使送修费用大幅提高,目前国内航空公司缺乏对送修等级的定量控制方法。从数据挖掘角度出发,应用变精度粗糙集理论研究发动机状态参数与各个单元体性能之间的关系,提出了一种基于粗集的航空发动机送修等级决策方法,以期在实际送修决策时能够更加客观地反映发动机实际状态。最后,以CF6型发动机送修维修等级决策规则生成为例,说明该决策方法的有效性。

Abstract:There exists close relation between maintenance cost and maintenance level of aircraft engine.The incorrect maintenance level can make the engine's maintenance cost rise enormously,then national civil aviation corporation lack of a good method to determine maintenance level at present.This paper proposed a decision method of engine maintenance level by using variable precision rough set(VPRS) theory and data mining method to research the relation between engine condition parameter and every module's performance,and hope the method to reflect engine's real condition when engine need maintenance level's decision.At last it illustrated value of the method by making the decision rules of CF6 engine's maintenance level as example.
