基于工业工程理论的医院信息系统研究与设计

针对目前大部分医院信息系统是以财务资金流和物流资源管理为核心的经济管理系统和数据不完整、不集成的现状,对基于工业工程理论的医院信息系统进行了研究。通过电子病历、流程管理、决策支持、知识管理等技术的应用,可以在满足服务临床诊疗的基础上,同时满足经济管理、辅助决策的要求,使HIS成为医院管理者的决策支持工具和医疗工作者的技术支持工具。
