摘    要:当前大型光伏电站自动功率控制算法没有针对不同时间尺度进行相应的功率控制,且易受到光照的影响,导致功率控制效果不佳,稳定性较差。为此,提出一种新的不同时间尺度下大型光伏电站自动功率控制算法,给出大型光伏电站功率分层控制系统结构。在用电量相对较高的时间尺度下,采用平均分配算法对大型光伏电站功率进行自动控制;在用电量相对较低的时间尺度下,采用关停光伏逆变器技术和开启光伏逆变器技术对大型光伏电站功率进行控制。在保证大型光伏电站功率平稳过渡的情况下,给出关停逆变器技术的实现过程。当光伏阵列中的某一阵列接收到的发电功率目标值呈上升趋势时,开启逆变器。实验结果表明,所提算法不仅控制效果佳,而且稳定性高,不易受到光照的影响。

Abstract:the current large photovoltaic power station automatic power control algorithm is not aimed at different time scales for the corresponding power control, and susceptible to the effects of light, leading to poor effect of power control, poor stability.For this, put forward a new large-scale photovoltaic power station under different time scale automatic power control algorithm, large photovoltaic power station power hierarchical control system structure is given.Under relatively high power consumption time scale, with the average power allocation algorithm for large photovoltaic power station automatic control;Under the time scale of power consumption is relatively low, the closure of photovoltaic inverter technology and open photovoltaic inverter technology to control large photovoltaic power station power.In large photovoltaic power station power under the condition of smooth transition, and the implementation process of closure of inverter technology is given.When a gust of column in the pv array to receive the power of the target is on the rise, open the inverter.The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm not only good control effect, and high stability, less susceptible to the effects of light.
