开关电感型级联准阻抗源DC/DC变换器

摘    要:针对传统准Z源自身存在的不足,设计并提出了一种开关电感型级联准阻抗源DC-DC拓扑结构。分析了电路的基本结构和工作原理,利用伏秒平衡原理推导了电路各部分的电压关系。与普通的开关电感型电路拓扑相比,这种电路结构具有较高的升压功能;而且电容器电压应力明显改善,给出了MATLAB/Simulink仿真分析结果。最后通过以DSP为核心的实验电路进行了实验验证,仿真和实验结果均验证了该电路的可靠性和可行性。

The cascade of switched-inductor quasi-Z-source dc-dc converter
Abstract:According to the defects of traditional quasi-Z-source, a cascade of switched-inductor quasi-Z-source dc-dc topology was put forward. Its circuit structure and working principle were analyzed, and the voltage relation of each part of the circuit is deduced by using voltage second balance principle. Comparing with the ordinary topology of switched-inductor, the cascade of switched-inductor quasi-Z-source dc-dc converter has high boost ability, and the voltage stresses are obviously improved. The simulation results of the system based on Matlab/Simulink are given. Then the experimental circuit based on DSP is built. The simulation and the experimental results verify the reliability and feasibility of the circuit.
