应力断料中裂纹扩展过程的数值模拟

摘    要:从应力断料的需要出发,应用有限元软件FRANC2D/L对裂纹扩展过程进行数值模拟,分析了几何非对称试件中支撑的对称性对裂纹扩展路径的影响.研究结果表明,对于几何非对称试件,支撑对称时裂纹扩展路径在初期比较规则,后期出现偏离现象;调整两支撑的支距比,可以影响裂纹的扩展路径,支距比存在合理值,在合理值范围内,裂纹的扩展路径为沿双边V型切口的轴线方向.

Abstract:For the demand of stress blanking,the FEA software FRANC2D/L is used to numerically simulate the crack propagation.The influence of symmetric supports on crack propagation path of geometrically unsymmetrical samples is analyzed.The results show that the symmetry of the supports do affect the shape of the crack.For the geometrically unsymmetrical samples with symmetric supports,the crack path is more regular at initial stage and then deviates from it at a later stage.Adjusting the ratio of two supports' distance can influence the crack propagation path.This ratio has a rational value.The path will along the axis of the two-sided V-notch when the ratio is with in the range of this value.
