新型机动车前轮减震器设计

摘    要:介绍一种机动车前轮减震器,它由主减震部件、副减震部件以及减震弹簧组成,减震弹簧采用三个螺旋弹簧并联组成,在承受不同载荷时,减震部件上的弹簧刚度值随之变化,在副减震部件上安装副减震弹簧,有利于在主减震部件与副减震部件间产生夹角,改善了阻尼系数.这种结构能够提高驾驶时的舒适性.

Abstract:This paper introduces a shock absorber for the motor vehicle's front wheel.It is made up of the main shock absorber unit and the sub shock absorber unit and the springs for the shock absorber,the three springs are connected in parallel,the spring's rigidity values change with the load.The sub absorber assemble has the absorber spring mounted on it.The design helps to form included angle between main shock absorber unit and the sub shock absorber.It improves the coefficient of damping and the structure enhances the quality of comfort while driving.
