我国法律援助制度实施中存在的问题及对策

法律援助制度在我国建立已经十年多了,法律援助工作已逐步迈入了法律化、规范化的轨道。但是,受经济、社会、法治发展水平的限制和相关因素的制约,我国的法律援助制度尚未发挥出应有的作用,实施中出现了在宣传、经费、援助案件结构、配合协调机制、人才等方面的问题。本文就此进行了分析,并提出了在现有条件下解决问题的对策。

Legal Assistance Practiced in Our Country: Problems and Counter-Measures

?The practice of legal assistance has been set up for more than ten years in our country and so far has proceeded gradually on the track of legal framework and regular operation. Owing to restriction of inadequate economic, social and legislative progress, the practice of legal assistance has failed to come into full play. The paper gives an analysis of some problems in the practice and offers a few counter-measures.
