| Abstract: | Zhengzhou district locates in the cold region, the issue was researched and developed in the planning, design of energy-saving building, as well as architectural principle and its compliant thermal calculation schemes were incorporated in Guidelines. Based on the result of this article, methodological approaches, which improved in the climate compliant civil building heat design, was developed to satisfy indoor heat environment requirements and comply with governmental environment saving requirement. |
