| 摘 要： | 随着我国房地产业的迅速发展及物业管理现代化水平的日益提高，迫切要求物业管理部门对业主提供高质量的服务及合理的收费。尤其是资源的使用要有精确的计量方法，方便的查阅手段，按量收费。阐述了KD系列热量表的设计思想及设计研制中的创新点，分析了其广阔的应用前景。

| Abstract: | Along with the rapid development of our country's real estate and the gradual increase of the modernization level of the real estate management, it is urgent to require the departments of the real estate to provide high-quality service and receive the rational charge for the owners. Especially the use of the resources must have accurate measuring method, convenient search-reade means and the charge based on quantity. This paper expounds the design ideas of the KD series thermal flowmeter and the innovative points in its design and development, and analyzes on its broad application prospect. |
