动态压力作用下乳化炸药减敏的实验研究

摘    要:对乳化炸药在动态压力作用下的减敏进行了研究,得到了三种不同方式敏化的乳化炸药的临界减敏压力,玻璃微球敏化的乳化炸药的临界减敏压力为134.66 MPa、化学发泡敏化的为99.83 MPa、珍珠岩敏化的为27.13 MPa;三者在动压作用下的减敏速率不同,膨胀珍珠岩敏化的乳化炸药的减敏速率最大,化学发泡敏化的次之,玻璃微球敏化的最小;对乳化基质在动态压力作用下性能的变化进行了研究,并和乳化炸药的减敏实验结果进行比较,结果表明,造成乳化炸药压力减敏的原因是敏化气泡载体的破坏和微观结构发生变化;其中敏化气泡载体的破坏是造成减敏的主要原因.

Abstract:The desensitization of emulsion explosives under dynamic pressure is studied in this paper, and the critical desensitization pressures of emulsion explosives sensitized by varied methods are got. The results show: the critical desensitization pressure of the emulsion explosives sensitized by glass micro-balloon is 134.66MPa, that of the emulsion explosives sensitized by chemical bubbles is 99.83MPa, and that of the emulsion explosives sensitized by expanded perlite is 27.13MPa. The desensitization velocities of the three kinds of emulsion explosives are varied; the desensitization velocity of the emulsion explosives sensitized by expanded perlite is the highest, that of the emulsion explosives sensitized by chemical bubbles is secondary, and the that of the emulsion explosives sensitized by glass micro-balloon is the lowest. The property of the emulsion base under the dynamic pressure is studied, and the results are compared to those of the emulsion explosives; the research indicates the destruction of the sensitizing bubbles carriers and the change of the micro structure of the emulsion explosives are the reasons to the desensitization, and the destruction of the sensitizing bubbles carriers is the main reason.
