区熔提纯钕棒时悬浮熔区所受电磁力计算与分析

摘    要:计算了感应加热悬浮区熔提纯钕棒过程中,感应线圈中的高频电流作用在钕棒悬浮熔区上的电磁力。结果表明,当感应线圈半径a,钕棒半径R和熔区高度h同时满足关系式h=0,R=0.2623a时,作用在钕棒熔区上的电磁束缚力达到最大。此结果可作为合理选取区熔提纯实验技术参数的依据。

Abstract:In the process of floating zone refining neodymium bar with induction heating, the electromagnetic forces exerted on floating melted zone of neodymium bar by high frequency current in induction coil were calculated. It was found that electromagnetic binding force acting on floating melted zone of neodymium bar can get maximum value when the radius a of the induction coil, the radius R of the neodymium bar and the height h of the melted zone simultaneously satisfy the relations h=0,R=0.2623a. The results can be applied to guide the reasonable selection of the technological parameters in the zone refining experiment.
