| Abstract: | Using sesbania gum as the turbulent-drag-reduction solution, the effects of Reynolds number, concentration, diameter of pipe, molecular weight, mechanical degradation, ion and other factors on drag reduction have been studied in this paper. This paper also probed into the mechanism of turbulent drag reduction and introduced its preliminary application to core drilling. |
