| 摘 要： | 分析了防空C3 I系统效能的评估指标 ,介绍效用函数的特点和用于防空C3 I系统效能评估的可行性。讨论了效能评估指标体系、指标对系统效能的影响、指标的效用函数类型和指标效用值的计算 ,并给出采用多属性决策方法进行系统效能综合评估的模型及实现步骤。通过算例验证了方法和模型的正确性和实用性。

| Abstract: | This paper first analyzes the evaluation index of antiaircraft C 3I system, introduces the features of the utility function and its feasibility to evaluate effectiveness for antiaircraft C 3I system. Then it discusses the index system1/4JP21/2 for effectiveness evaluation, the effect of the index, type of utility functions and calcuation of index utility value. It also presents a model and implementation steps which are based on MADM.Finally, the paper proves the exactitude and practicability of the method with an example. 1/4JP1/2 |
