基于道化法的碳二馏分加氢工艺安全评价的研究

摘    要:运用美国道化学公司的火灾爆炸危险指数评价方法(第七版),对碳二馏分加氢反应装置的火灾爆炸危险性进行了定量计算和评价,得出其火灾爆炸危险等级为"非常大"为了降低装置的危险程度,提出了采取有效的安全补偿措施降低单元的危险程度的新思路.分析表明,针对部分补偿系数对装置进行安全改进,能有效地降低其危险性等级,同时可以为避免重大危险源火灾爆炸事故提供切实可行的思路.图1,表6,参8.

Abstract:Utilizing the assessment method of dangerous index of fire and explosion by Dow Chemical Company(7th edition) to calculate and estimate the dangerous of fire and explosion for acetylene reactor.The result indicate that the fire and explosion dangerous rank is highest. In order to reduce the reactor's dangerous degree,a new idea which applying effective safety equalize measures to reduce its cell dangerous degree was advanced. Analysis results show the reactor's dangerous degree can reduce by improving safety reactor aimed at some equalize coefficients, and some feasible and cogent gist to avoid greatest dangerous source occuring fire and explosion can be obtained. 1fig.,6tabs.,8refs.
