摘    要:本文证实了螺旋锥齿轮的重合度是随着载荷的增加而增大的,现有的重合度计算式只适用于满载下的重合度计算.在理论分析和实验的基础上,本文提出了适用于不同载荷的螺旋锥齿轮的重合度计算式.

Abstract:This paper has confirmed that real total contact ratio of spiral bevel gears increased withload and always was lower than that of calculation with now available formula,until load been full.By experiment and analysis,it provides a formula of caculating contact ratio for diffirent load.
