摘    要:采用MFPA^2D数值模拟软件,对单颗粒增强增韧脆性基复合材料在单轴拉伸荷载作用下经变形、损伤直至破坏的全过程进行模拟.模拟结果表明脆性基体分别加入复合刚性颗粒和柔性颗粒后具有不同的破坏机制,加入刚性颗粒对材料的强度没有的改善,而加入柔性颗粒后材料的强度虽有所下降,但材料的韧性可以得以显著提高.

Abstract:MFPA~(2D), a numerical programme based on micro damage mechanics, is adopted to simulate the deformation, damage and fracture, i.e. the whole failure process of brittle composite matrix reinforced by a single particle under uniaxial tensile load. The different failure mechanisms for particles with different flexibility have been studied in this paper. Furthermore, from the simulation, one can conclude that the stiff particles could not improve the strength of the matrix while the flexible ones would improve the toughness of the matrix although the strength of the composite could be reduced in some degrees.
