塑料导轨阻尼特性的研究

摘    要:本文研究了塑料导轨结合部的阻尼特性对加工精度的影响,可移动导轨结合面的阻尼主要是内摩擦引起的,而结合面摩擦可以等效为当量阻尼。通过解析计算获得以摩擦力为参量的系统稳定性判据,系统摩擦力可用计算方法得到。在已知外激力的条件下可以判别系统是否稳定,并以结合部的预变形作为调整环节来改善机床的动态特性。

Abstract:The effect of joints damping characteristics on machining accuracy on plastic slide way is presented. The dampings of movable slide way is pre- sented. The dampings of movable slide way jointsare predominantly caused by inner frictions and the frictions in joints can be represented by equiv alentdampings. The criterion of system stability, in which the friction is considered as a parameter, was obtained by analysis. The friction of the system can be calculatedly numerical methods, when exciting force is known, the stability of the system may be judged. By adjusting pre- deformation in joints the dynamic characteristics of machine tools can be improved. In this paper the practicability of the method was checked by experiments.
