| 摘 要： | 联盟不稳定现象的普遍存在使得促进战略联盟合作的研究受到越来越多的关注。根据战略联盟的过程性特征分析了联盟不稳定形成的内在机理,并指出在联盟的不同阶段对于联盟稳定有重要影响的因素。运用模型化的方法解释了怎样针对这些关键影响因素设置机制以促进联盟的合作,并在此基础上讨论了如何通过的硬性和柔性机制的结合来维持联盟的稳定。

| Abstract: | Instability of alliance is an important aspect of the research about strategic alliances. In this paper, we discuss about the cause of instability according to the different stage of alliance, and point out the factor which is most important to maintain alliance stable. Base on this, we use a mathematic model to explain how to build a mechanism to promote cooperation in alliance. |
