提高化学镀铜层表面性能的方法探讨

摘    要:用化学氧化及苯并三氮唑(BTA)钝化处理的方法来提高化学镀铜层的表面抗氧化、耐腐蚀和耐磨性能。并与铬酸盐钝化处理方法进行了对比,得出BTA可取代铬酸盐的钝化处理方法;化学氧化处理略逊于BTA或铬酸盐钝化处理方法。此外,对化学氧化和BTA钝化处理方法的机理也进行了探讨。

Abstract:Chemical oxidation and BTA passivation were used to improve the properties of electroless copper deposits.Compared with chromate passivation,BTA passivation can take the place of it.But the result of chemical oxidation is worse than that of BTA and chromate passivation.In addition,the mechanism of BTA passivation and chemical oxidation were discussed.
