反应分离过程模拟:Ⅱ.反应闪蒸过程

摘    要:采用变换变量的概念,将反应闪蒸过程模型变换为普通的非反应闪蒸模型。新模型将反应与相平衡相结合,避免了反应量的计算,且适用于含有惰性组分的反应闪蒸过程。以含有惰性组分的MTBE反应闪蒸过程为例,用非反应闪蒸方法进行计算,得到了关于反应闪蒸的一般结论。

Abstract:The equations describing reactive flash with inert components have been transformed into a new set of equations. The new model is the same as that of non reactive flash process in expression style, and can be solved by using the method of the latter. Newton method is adopted and the reactive flash process of MTBE synthesis has been studied as a numerical example.
