| 摘 要： | 重型车辆发动机旋风筒式空气滤的新型抽尘方案,是利用扩压原理以排除储尘箱中积累的尘土,与原有引射抽尘比较,具有明显的优点,不仅抽尘特性有较大提高,而且改善了发动机及涡轮增压器的工作条件。 文章叙述了扩压抽尘原理、计算方法及试验结果。

| Abstract: | This paper describes a new scheme for drawing dust from the dust-collector of diesel engine scroll air filters . It compares favorably to the ejector, with many salient points of merit. Gas flow in the diffusion pipe will have a positive pressure gradient, and making use of the differential pressure, dust can be drawn from the dust-collector. Besides, the new scheme will improve the conditions of operation, both of ths diesel engine and of the turbocharger.Paper shows the results of tests and presents the calculate program. |
