基于单片机的直流稳压电源设计

摘    要:随着电力电子与单片机相结合技术的不断成熟,利用单片机对稳压电源进行开发研究引起了电源研究者的广泛兴趣。利用单片机为基础设计的直流稳压电源具有良好的性能,能够实现电气设备节能降耗的控制,得到许多工程运用人员的好评。本系统以AT89S51单片机作为主控制器,以AD7543作为输出电压的调节模块,实现输出直流电压的调节。利用键盘输入技术作为整个系统的人机接口,通过数码管对输出电压信号进行转换并显示,且整个系统的设置电压步进等级高达0.1V,大大提高了直流电压源的供电范围,起到直流电源的智能调节和控制功能。

Abstract:With the development of combination technique between power electronic and MCU, researches on regulated power supply through MCU interest many researchers. Due to its good properties, regulated DC Power supply based on MCU can control energy consumption of electrical equipments, and gets good reputation from engineers. The system uses AT89s51MCU as main eontrbller, AD7543 as control module of output voltage to adjust output DC voltage. With keyboard input technology as the system's man-machine interface, switch and display of output voltage signal by nixie tube, voltage step up to 0.1V, the range of DC voltage supply is greatly improved, and intelligent regulation of DC supply and control are available.
