广东车八岭国家级自然保护区社区共管模式探讨

中国自然保护区的建立,大多是通过政府行政手段抢救性划建的,没有从根本上解决保护区内群众的生活问题,甚至在一定程度上影响了区内群众的生产和生活.随着我国自然保护区数量的不断增长,自然保护区与区内群众的矛盾已成为我国自然保护区管理面临的共性问题.为了解决这一问题,通过在车八岭自然保护区内实行社区共管实践,把当地社区纳入自然保护区管理,在保护和拯救濒危物种,维护生物多样性,解决保护区与当地居民之间的矛盾,帮助社区发展生产等方面采取了一系列的积极有效的措施,走出了一条自然保护与当地社区协调、可持续发展的道路,为偏远落后地区自然保护的建设管理提供参考.
