除草剂禾草灵酸对蓝藻的毒理研究

摘    要:芳氧苯氧丙酸类除草剂禾草灵酸以一定的浓度残留在环境中,蓝藻作为一种目前难以治理的微生物,对水体造成了严重的污染.农药残留在某种程度上加剧了蓝藻的爆发.本文以铜绿微囊藻为模式生物,研究了以环境浓度存在的禾草灵对铜绿微囊藻的生长、蛋白、群体结构等方面的影响,探讨了禾草灵对铜绿微囊藻的毒理机制,为合理使用农药及环境保护提供了一定的依据.

Abstract:Residue of aryloxyphenoxypropionic herbicide diclofop acid exists in the environment as a pol­lutant. Blue-green alga nowadays becomes a kind of microorganism pollutant in surface water. Diclofop acid can stimulate the burst of blue-green alga in some extent. In this study,Microcystis aeruginosa was chosen as a model organism. The impacts of diclofop acid on the growth, protein content, colony of Mi­crocystis aeruginosa cell were investigated. The toxicology of diclofop acid on Microcystis aeruginosa was discussed. This study provides information on environmental protection against pesticides.
