| 摘 要： | 根据"健康中国2020"战略规划总体要求,围绕全球和我国政府健康促进规划的要求,提出医学科技期刊要发挥其医学科学知识交流传播平台的作用,必须提倡在加强信息网络化建设的基础上,积极应用开放存取的出版模式.通过分析国外目前OA期刊的发展状况以及所取得的良好效果,结合国内目前发展状况,提出应该促进OA期刊的发展,让先进的医学技术知识更好地实现全球资源共享,进一步发挥医学科技期刊在促进健康中的作用,实现"健康中国2020"人人享有基本医疗卫生服务,提高全民健康素质的战略目标. |
