| 摘 要： | 我国水电项目CDM开发潜力巨大,但大水电项目CDM开发难度较大,可能遭遇极端环保组织的责难. 结合筱溪水电项目在CDM开发过程中应对国际河流组织的责难经验, 分析大水电项目CDM开发中应对各种责难的策略, 为我国大水电CDM项目的开发提供必要的技术指导和借鉴.
