| 摘 要： | 新世纪的教师应该具有一种新的形象，才能适应新时代教育发展的要求。新的世纪对教师的要求是多方面的。爱岗敬业、勇于创新、真诚本色、富有爱心应是新时代教师的基本形象特征。追求内在修养与外在气质的高度完美统一，是新世纪教师形象的理想目标。

| Abstract: | Teachers in the 21st century should have wide ranges of knowledge and good qualities so as to adopt themselves to the rapid development in education. More requirements are raised to teachers of the 21st such as to be loyal to their teaching posts; to bring forth new ideals bravely; to be faithful; to be full of love and so on. The ideal goal of the teachers at this time is to seek the perfect unity of a teacher's internal self-cultivation and his external excellent quality. |
