| 摘 要： | 首先介绍了配电网恢复重构的几种方法，指出固定逻辑法最适合于贵州地方配电网。然后以铜仁高压配网为例，采用PSASP软件对传统的故障预案进行分析计算，得出了具体的数据支持，即制定了量化的故障预案。这些量化后的故障预案可以作为故障恢复系统中的专家知识使用，同时为调度人员在故障处理时提供了切实有效的保障。

| Abstract: | Several approaches to rebuild the distribution networks are introduced in the paper.Fixed logic approach is proved to be the suitable one to Guizhou local distribution networks.Then traditional restoration schemes of Tongren distribution network are analyzed by the PSASP,so the restoration schemes based on the data are come into being through analyzing the results of calculation.It is testified that they are very helpful to the operator,and it also can be used as the expert's knowledge of fault restoration system. |
