| 摘 要： | 对MPEG-2视频编码流空间分辨率下变换已提出了一种在水平方向上进行DCT域下变换,而在垂直方向上采用空间域下变换的方法。通过对DCT域下变换进行分析、研究,提出了一种适用于这种混合结构的基于频率合成的改进下变换方法,在不增加计算量的前提下,可使图像质量具有一定的改善。

| Abstract: | A hybrid structure of performing horizontal DCT domain down conversion and vertical spatial domain down conversion was presented for down converting the spatial resolution of MPEG-2 video. A modified down conversion method based on frequency synthesis. It is suitable to this structure and improves the visual quality while the cost of computation remains the same. |
