摘    要:本文结果表明,在含NAA和BA各0.5mg/l的MS培养基上,体细胞胚以高频率直接发生于虎眼万年青休眠子鳞茎鳞片切段的近轴面原形态学基部一侧。体细胞胚在残余的半干旱培养基上失水处理后萌发率显著提高,并产生根系完整的健壮再生植株。

Abstract:general, reproducible plant-regeneration procedure for Ornithogalum caudatum is described. Direct somatic embryogenesis was induced at a high frequency from the adaxial surface of circular bulb-scale segments by culturing the explants on MS medium supplemented with 0. 5mg/1 asphthaleneacetic acid, 0. 5mg/l 6-benzyladenine and 500mg/1 casein hydrolysate. Gradual dehydration by placing the somatic embryos on residual semiarid medium showed its effect on promoting conversion to plantlet at a high rate.
