| 摘 要： | 合成聚丙交酯,先用BOC氨基酸的羧基(BOC为叔丁基氧羰基)与聚丙交酯末端的羟基进行酯化反应,然后用甲酸除掉BOC基团.最后用葡萄糖内酯与氨基反应,在聚丙交酯的末端引入了亲水性的葡萄糖基团,最终实现了对聚丙交酯的亲水性修饰.

| Abstract: | SyTonthesize the poly(L-lactide)(PolyLA),First,let the BOC amino-acid of the carboxyl and the hydroxyl at the end of Poly(L-lactide) react with each other.Then formaldehyde was used to get ride of BOC-group.And at last,let glucose-lactones and amino-group react with each other.At the end of Poly LA hydrophilic Glucose-groups are pulled in.Consequently,this procedure has realized the hydrophilic modification of poly LA. |
