| 摘 要： | 文章介绍了在Visual C 6.0环境下,利用二次开发工具PRO/TOOLKIT对PRO/E进行二次开发,实现拆卸仿真中的关键技术。在此基础上开发了一款PRO/E平台下拆卸仿真系统,系统主要由使用工具仿真、零件移动仿真、干涉校验和拆卸工具库4部分组成;以一款豆浆机的拆卸为例,对系统进行了说明。

| Abstract: | In the process of green design,how to simulate the process of disassembly and feed back the disassembly function to the designer to guide the design is the key technique to improve the disassembly function and green function of the product.By using PRO/TOOLKIT and Visual C 6.0,the key technologies of disassembly emulation under PRO/E are discussed.Then a disassembly emulation system which contains the simulation of using tools,the simulation of the moving parts,interference checking and the base of disassembly tools under PRO/E is developed based on the technologies.Finally,the disassembly emulation of a soybean milk machine is taken as an example to show how the system works. |
