| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查法和文献资料法，对内蒙古高校高职称教师体育锻炼现状及其特征进行了调查分析。结果表明，内蒙古高校高职称教师体育锻炼的总体情况较好，参加体育锻炼的人群比例较高，体育人口明显高于国内一些地区的同类人群，努力改善体育设施条件，加强锻炼方法的指导，有组织地开展体育活动，是有效地增加体育人口的重要手段。

| Abstract: | Physical exercise situation and its characteristics of the teachers with senior professional titles at colleges and universities in Inner Mongolia are analyzed by means of investigation and literature review in this paper. The results show that the proportion of physical exerciser is high, and is higher than that in other areas inland. Improvement of establishment, guidance and organization of physical exercises should be the effective ways of increasing the population of physical exercise. |
