| 摘 要： | 改革开放是当代中国宪政发展的原动力。现行宪法在改革开放中诞生,也在改革开放中发展。改革开放30周年来,中国宪政在民主、法治与自由三个方面均已取得很大成就。尽管中国宪政还存在明显不足,但展望未来,中国宪政的前景是十分光明的。
