水冷滚筒回转式冷渣机节能减排效果分析

摘    要:循环流化床锅炉传统工艺中,锅炉高温炉渣采用直接排放,露天堆放经水喷淋后降温,造成热污染、水污染和二次扬尘污染。使用水冷滚筒回转式冷渣机后,炉渣经冷渣机冷却后,由输渣系统封闭运输,基本不产生污染,同时提高了锅炉的燃烧效率,降低了生产成本,达到了环境保护,节约能源,人身安全、设备运行安全的保障目标以及环境效益、社会效益的同步增长。

Abstract:In traditional process of circulating fluidized bed boiler,boiler's high temperature slag was directly discharged,openpiled and cooled after the water spray,causing thermal pollution,water pollution and secondary dust pollution.After the application of water-cooling roller rotary slag cooler,the slag is transported through fully enclosed conveyer,which basically has no pollution while improving boiler's combustion efficiency and reducing the production costs,and achieving the goals of environmental protection,energy conservation,personal safety and equipment operation safety and guaranteeing the synchronous growth of environmental benefits and social benefits.
