| 摘 要： | 在体育健身俱乐部管理中,对现有客户流失情况进行分析,对于提高俱乐部的竞争力具有战略意义。在分析了客户特征的模糊性的基础上,提出将优化的模糊决策树用于体育健身俱乐部客户流失危机分析的建议,为体育健身俱乐部客户保有研究提供了一种新的研究思路和分析方法。

| Abstract: | In the management of fitness club,the analysis on existing customer＇s loss situation possesses strategic significance on improving the competitiveness of the club.Based on analyzing the fuzziness of customers＇ characteristics,this paper puts forward a suggestion of applying the optimized fuzzy decision-tree into customer loss crisis analysis of the fitness club,which will be a new thinking and analysis method for the research on fitness club＇s customers keeping. |
