| 摘 要： | 发展循环经济,建设节约型社会是国内外环境的需要,是转变我国经济发展方式的重要途径。发展循环经济应坚持以科学发展观为指导,依靠科技进步和创新,建立完善的循环经济立法和制度体系,形成社会合力来促进循环经济的发展及循环型社会的建立,最终实现人与自然的和谐发展。

| Abstract: | The development of circular economy and the construction of economical society,which are the domestic and foreign environmental needs,are the vital ways for the transformation of China＇s economic development pattern.The development of circular economy should adhere to the guidance of Scientific Outlook on Development,rely on scientific and technological progress and innovation,establish perfect legislation of circular economy and the supporting system,make use of social forces to promote the development of circular economy and construct circular society and finally realize the harmonious development between human and nature. |
