| 摘 要： | 在地方经济快速发展的同时,亟待金融业的全程跟进,包括金融服务和贷款投放。但是,从许多局部地区的角度来看,整体呈现资金外流的趋势。以朔州市为例,对资金外流的现象进行了分析,并探讨解决的办法。
