基于模糊层次分析法的高校图书馆读者满意度评估

摘    要:应用模糊数学的原理与方法,建立了多层次读者满意度模糊综合评价模型,并给出了具体实例进行阐述,最终得出采用模糊层次分析法可构建良好的图书馆读者满意度评估体系的结论。本方法对于图书馆读者满意度评价体系的建立和实施具有重要的现实意义。

Abstract:By using the principles and methods of fuzzy mathematics,this paper establishes a multilevel fuzzy comprehensive assessment model for readers satisfaction,and puts forward some specific examples for the presentation,and draws the conclusion that an excellent readers satisfaction assessment system of university library can be established by using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,which possesses important practical significance for the establishment and implementation of library's readers satisfaction assessment system.
