紫金煤业有限公司1号矿井建设项目水资源论证研究

在分析紫金煤业有限公司1号矿井建设项目区域水资源状况的基础上,确定了水资源论证等级及论证范围,进行了取用水合理性分析,论证了取水水源,分析了取水和退水的影响。结果表明：建设项目取用水合理,取水水源是可靠和可行的,建设项目取水对区域水资源和其他用户无影响,建设项目退水不会对水功能区和第三者产生影响。研究成果为有关水行政主管部门办理取水许可提供了依据。

Study on Water Resources Demonstration for the Construction Project of No.1 Coal Mine of Zijin Coal Industry Co., Ltd

Based on analyzing the water resources situation in the area of the construction project of No.1 coal mine of Zijin Coal Industry Co.,Ltd,this paper determines the level and the scope of water resources demonstration,and analyzes the rationality of water-intaking,demonstrates the water sources,and analyzes the influences of water-intaking and water drainage.The results show that the water-intaking and water-using are rational for the construction project,the water sources are reliable and feasible,the water-intaking for the construction project has no effect on regional water resources and other users,and the water drainage of the construction project can’t affect the water functional area and the third party.The results can provide a basis for relevant water conservancy administrative departments to permit the water-intaking license.
