| Abstract: | Independent guarantee is a new pattern of guarantee. It has a significant difference with the traditional dependent guarantee. But the law of our country in force does not stipulate definitely. This article explores the historical development, concept, characteristics and contract type of independent guarantee. It also discusses the necessity of establishing the independent guarantee system in our country. |
