摘    要:采用琼脂稀释法测定了几种新型Schiff碱及其配合物对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌的抑菌活性,测得了它们抑制细菌生长的最小浓度。结果表明Schiff碱及其配合物对几种受试菌均有较强的抑制作用,配合物比相应配体具有更高的抑菌活性。

Abstract:Using agar dilution method,the bacteriostasis activity of several kinds of Schiff base and its complexes to escherichia aureus,staplylococcus aureus and bacillus subtilis are measured and their minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC) to the growth of bacterium have been determined.The result shows that both the Schiff base and their complexes have bacteriostasis activity to the bacterias tested and the complexes have the higher activity than the ligand.
